1. Personal Data Handling

PerpeVit's handling of user personal data complies with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

PerpeVit ApS does not disclose any personal data of the users to third-parties.

1.1 What personal data is collected at

Upon registration at (through the form at, the following personal data is collected from the users:

  • Full name and title
  • Email address
  • Affiliation (optionally)
  • Country and Address (optionally)

The servers record information about your activity on the website. The logged data may include:

  • the user’s IP address;
  • the user’s browser type;
  • If the user reached the website via a link on another web page, the address of that “referring” page may be recorded;
  • which pages of were accessed;
  • access time and date.

Such data may include personal Information (for instance, the IP address).

No further personal data except from listed above is gathered during the registration process or while browsing the website.

1.2 How is the personal data used

The email address and name are used for communication with the user. The name does not necessarily have to be the real name of the user. For information about our policy regarding email notifications see section 4 below.

The optionally provided affiliation, country and address are not displayed anywhere and are only collected for our filing and statistical purposes, as well as the logged data.

1.3 Correctness of the personal data

PerpeVit ApS is processing the data “as-is”, without modification, as provided by the user and only for the purposes described in section 1.2. The user can contact us for correcting this information at any time.

2. Email exchange

PerpeVit ApS does not send emails containing the following:

  • Commercial advertisement of any sort.
  • Information from third-parties unrelated to PerpeVit itself or it's products
  • Requests for user passwords or personal data.

The users are always welcome to contact us in case they are in doubt if an e-mail is from PerpeVit or from another source.
